Mr. Felix Tong
ASSOCIATE
Mr. Felix Tong joined Tung, Ng , Tse & Lam Solicitors as a Trainee Solicitor in June 2022 and was admitted as a Solicitor in February 2024. He has wide-ranging experience in civil dispute and litigation matters, including breach of contract, shareholders’ disputes, debt recovery, insolvency, bankruptcy, tort and negligence claims, tenancy disputes, as well as urgent applications for interlocutory injunctions.
Felix also has experience in criminal litigation and regulatory investigations by dealing with cases involving different authorities including the Commercial Crime Bureau (CCB), the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC), Organized Crime and Triad Bureau (OCTB), the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (SEHK) and the Securities and Future Commission (SFC). He had acted for clients in cases ranging from driving offences to more serious offences such rape, wounding with intent and trafficking of dangerous drug.
